I am going to get a Ho-Oh that knows Earthquake!

For the previous timed research quest: I got 2 Groudon and 2 Kyogre from the raids that I battled with, and for this event, I am going to get a Weavile (I hope that I get more than just one) I will get the Ho-Oh with the exclusive move Earthquake so can complete my Tower Duo!! I recently completed the Weather Trio during the Hoenn Celebration Event, and I evolved my best buddy Wartortle into a Blastoise, and I just need to give it Hydro Cannon, and I also need to get a Bastiodon. I really want an Axew, and a Deino since they are very cool.
