Throwback Challenge 2020: Sinnoh was the fourth part of Throwback Challenge 2020 event.[1] It featured a Timed Research that rewards a Cresselia with Grass Knot, among other items.

In order to obtain Grass Knot, Trainers had to catch Cresselia from timed research during the event. Trainers cannot use TMs to obtain the attack.
