Team Medallion is an item in Pokémon GO. It allows a Trainer to change which Team they are on.
The Team Medallion can only be obtained by being purchased in the Shop for 
1000. After activating the item, the Trainer will again be presented with the Team Leaders in a similar fashion to when they originally selected their team, only this time there won't be any dialogue from the Leaders. After a Trainer changes their team, this item will not be able to be purchased again for 365 days.

A unique coin that enables a Trainer to change teams. It can only be purchased from the shop once per 365 days.
