Controversy[]

Many players had expressed the difficulties of finding Shadow Pokémon required to complete the Collection Challenge, especially Snover.^[4] Team GO Rocket Grunts appeared randomly and Ice-type Grunts were relatively rare. Even if one encountered an Ice-type Grunt, the chance of catching Cloyster was higher than Snover.
