Season 23 of GO Battle League, also called GO Battle League: Delightful Days, lasted from June 3rd, 2025 to September 2nd, 2025.[1] It is preceded by Season 22 and succeeded by Season 24. This GO Battle League Season ran concurrently with Delightful Days.

Sunshine Cup: Great League Edition: 1,500 CP limit. Only Normal-, Fire-, Grass-, and Ground-types allowed.
Fossil Cup: Great League Edition: 1,500 CP limit. Only Water-, Rock-, and Steel-types allowed.
Summer Cup: Ultra League Edition: 2,500 CP limit. Only Normal-, Fire-, Water-, Grass-, Electric-, and Bug-types allowed.
Element Cup: Little Edition: 500 CP limit. Only Fire-, Water-, and Grass-types allowed. Only Pokémon that are able to evolve and have not evolved even once are allowed.
Hisui Cup: Great League Edition: 1,500 CP limit. Only Pokémon found in the Pokémon Legends: Arceus Pokédex allowed.
Catch Cup: Great League Edition: 1,500 CP limit. Only Pokémon caught during Delightful Days allowed.

A Ticket for this Timed Research was available in the in-game shop at no cost from June 3rd, at 1:00 p.m. PDT to 17th, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. PDT. Each part of the Timed Research had the same requirements, with the only difference being the rewards for completing each part.

- Ember: Energy generation increased from 6 to 7 in Trainer Battles.
- Bug Bite: Power increased from 3 to 4 in Trainer Battles.
- Fury Cutter: Power increased from 2 to 3 in Trainer Battles.
- Acid: Energy generation increased from 5 to 8 in Trainer Battles.
- Bullet Punch: Power increased from 6 to 8 in Trainer Battles.
- Metal Sound: Power increased from 3 to 5 in Trainer Battles.
- Double Iron Bash: Power increased from 50 to 55 in Trainer Battles.
- Doom Desire: Power increased from 75 to 80 in Trainer Battles.
- Crunch: Chance to decrease the opponent's Defense decreased from 30% to 20% in Trainer Battles.
- Wrap: Added 100% chance to decrease the opponent's Defense by 1 stage in Trainer Battles.
- Parabolic Charge: Energy cost decreased from 50 to 45 and chance to increase the user's Defense increased from 66% to 100% in Trainer Battles.
