Season 10 of GO Battle League lasted from November 29th, 2021 to March 1st, 2022.[1] It is preceded by Season 9 and succeeded by Interlude Season. This GO Battle League Season ran concurrently with Season of Heritage.
In this Season, Trainers who reach Legend rank would be able to register early for certain Pokémon GO World Championship Series events.[2] Pokémon in reward encounters were slightly easier to catch. Sinnoh Cup and Johto Cup were introduced.
Formats[]
Great League Remix: 1,500 CP limit. Top 20 Pokémon banned.
Ultra League Remix: 2,500 CP limit. Top 10 Pokémon banned.
Holiday Cup: 1,500 CP limit. Only Normal-, Grass-, Electric-, Ice-, Flying-, and Ghost-types allowed.
Sinnoh Cup: 1,500 CP limit. Only Pokémon with a Pokédex number between #387 and #493 allowed.
Love Cup: 1,500 CP limit. See official blog post for allowed Pokémon.
Johto Cup: 1,500 CP limit. Only Pokémon with a Pokédex number between #152 and #251 allowed.

- Rock Tomb: 100% chance to reduce the opponent's Attack by 1 stage in Trainer Battles.
- Pound: Base power was reduced from 5 to 4 in Trainer Battles.
- Bug Buzz: Base power was increased from 90 to 100 in Trainer Battles and Gym and Raid Battles.
