The event was split in two parts named "Park Experience" (at Maizuru Park), and "City Experience" at Fukuoka, Japan.

In order to obtain Roar of Time and Spacial Rend, Trainers had to catch Origin Forme Dialga or Palkia respectively during the event. These moves were not guaranteed to be known when they were caught.
In order to obtain featured moves for evolutions, Trainers had to catch or evolve into those Pokémon during the event.
Trainers cannot use TMs to obtain the attacks. These attacks were only available to Trainers who had purchased a ticket for the event and were currently in Fukuoka.
