  1. Do not leave empty sections! If there is no information or image file for sections such as Trivia, Gallery or References, basically do not add them to article.
    • Also if attack is not legacy or event-exclusive for any specific Pokémon, do not add respective sections, as there will be no content for it.

If there are no Pokémon that are able to learn the attack, the following should be used

This is for consistency and fits the structure and wording for the case where there are Pokémon who are able to learn the move, or ones who used to be able to.
The word "able" has been used since Generation I to tell a Trainer if their Pokémon can learn a particular HM or TM.
