Trivia[]
- The Saturday event was hampered by spotty connectivity throughout the day. The official Pokémon GO Twitter account claimed that "an additional 17,000 Trainers without tickets" playing in the park caused the connection issues.[5] Niantic repeatedly asked Trainers who did not have a ticket for Pokémon GO Tour: Hoenn – Las Vegas to refrain from entering the park "to ensure a smooth event".[6][7] As a result of the connection problems on Saturday, the city event experience later that day throughout Las Vegas was extended for an additional three hours, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. PST, and included additional Primal Raids and wild Pokémon encounters. A free bundle containing three Premium Raid Passes and three Remote Raid Passes was also made available in the in-game shop for Saturday ticketholders through February 19, 2023 at 10:00 p.m. PST.[4]
- The Sunday city event experience was hampered by "an issue affecting gameplay in the Las Vegas area".[8] As a result, the city event experience was extended for an additional hour and 45 minutes, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. PST.[9] A free bundle containing three Remote Raid Passes was also made available in the in-game shop for Sunday ticketholders.[10]
