Rrrgh... Eight, nine, ten... Phew! Oh, hey there, TRAINER. You caught me right at the end of my workout!
Being a Pokémon Professor's not just about using your noodle—I'd argue it requires a strong body as well!
I'm feeling even more inspired than usual to stay fit thanks to the recent inflex—er, inFLUX of burly-looking Timburr.
Despite their smallish stature, these Pokémon can lift and carry some serious lumber. They love helping out with construction projects.
Why don't you go catch a few Timburr so we can see their strength in action?

Great work catching those Timburr, TRAINER!
Check out how easily they carry those squared logs! Did you know Timburr carry bigger and bigger logs as they grow?
In fact, they love helping with construction so much that when rain causes work to stop, Timburr's mood gets a bit...stormy.
It'll swing its log around and throw a tantrum!
Say, a few of your Timburr look like they're carrying some pretty big logs. I think they might be ready to evolve!

3^rd Part

Wow! Get a load of those Gurdurr!
Gurdurr take great pride in their awe-inspiring muscles, and like to show them off to Machoke and other Gurdurr.
It's so strong that even a group of wrestlers can't make it budge an inch! Now that's a fitness goal I'd like to hit one day.
One thing to note is that unlike Timburr, Gurdurr's strength is best applied to demolition rather than construction. They skillfully wield steel beams to take down buildings!
Gurdurr evolves into quite the fascinating Pokémon as well. Why don't you help one evolve so we can observe it more closely?
