Pokémon with legacy moves possess certain moves that are no longer available for those specific Pokémon due to updates. This means it is no longer possible to capture, hatch or evolve that Pokémon with that move. Normal Technical Machines are not able to obtain legacy moves. Many players consider them rare and they are quite valuable for trading.
