Trainers will now receive a warning modal with the option to manage Pokémon if they enter a Team GO Rocket battle with a full Pokémon inventory.
Trainers will now be able to hide their codename in other games on Niantic Social. This setting is universal across all Niantic games.
There is a new option to refresh game data in the settings menu. This should be used as a first troubleshooting step if Trainers experience inconsistent gameplay or strange app behavior.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue that caused sorting by "online" when selecting Friends for raid invitations to not sort properly.
Fixed a visual bug that caused another Raid Pass to be requested when rejoining a Raid Battle through a friend’s invite (this second Raid Pass was not consumed).
Fixed an issue that caused the "Raid Invitations" toggle in the settings menu to be visible for child accounts without social permissions (the toggle was nonfunctional for these users).
Fixed an issue that caused incorrect textures to appear on Trainer avatars in Raid Lobbies.

Today View: Head to the Today tab on the research screen to see current event bonuses.
Play GO Battle League until you win: If you don’t win any battles in a set of five, you can now continue battling until you do.
The option to use a Premium Battle Pass to access premium rewards in Go Battle League is no longer available when the feature is turned off for server maintenance or if the user has already completed the maximum number of daily sets.
A new page, “Today View,” will help Trainers keep track of information relevant to them on a daily basis.

Pokémon eligible for trade Evolution can now be searched using the search term “tradeevolve”.
Attack and Defense stats changes are now cleared after swapping during combat.
During battle, when two Pokémon use Charged Attacks at the same time, the Pokémon with the higher Attack stat will go first. If two Pokémon have the same Attack stat, a random Pokémon will go first.
Removed EX Raid-eligible tag on Gyms with already scheduled EX Raids.
Updates to Team Go Rocket Leader Shadow Pokémon encounter logic.
Minor visual and audio updates to the Buddy Adventure feature.
