In 2018, 119 new Pokémon species, 147 distinct regular forms and 133 shiny forms were made available to be obtained.
The following medals became achievable for the first time:
  • Gold caption Hoenn Medal.
  • Bronze caption and Silver caption Sinnoh Medals.
