Kecleon is a Normal-type Pokémon from the Hoenn region. It does not evolve into or from any other Pokémon.

Kecleon is capable of changing its body colors at will to blend in with its surroundings. There is one exception—this Pokémon can't change the zigzag pattern on its belly.

- Kecleon was released after January 2023 Community Day on January 7th, 2023. [1]
Shiny form of Kecleon was released at the start of Pokémon GO Tour: Hoenn - Las Vegas on February 18th, 2023.

Trivia
- After Chikorita Community Day on September 22nd, 2018, Ditto appeared in abundance disguising itself as Kecleon for players in Singapore[2][3]. Its name was replaced with "? ? ? ? ? ?" and CP was replaced with "???".
- For players in other parts of the world, Ditto disguised itself as Meltan under the same conditions as Kecleon.
- Kecleon is the last Pokémon from the Hoenn region to make its debut in Pokémon GO.
- Upon its release, Kecleon's gender was not displayed in the summary page due to a bug. This has since been fixed.[4]
- For Kecleon caught before the fix however their gender was not displayed until a few days later.
