These Raid Bosses were available during the event. The region-exclusive Pokémon were available in their respective regions from February 23rd to March 1st.[2]
Exclusive move[]
In order to obtain Surf or Last Resort, Trainers had to catch Pikachu or Eevee respectively during the event. In order to obtain Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon, Draco Meteor or Last Resort on Eeveelutions, Trainers had to evolve Ivysaur, Charmeleon, Wartortle, Dragonair or Eevee into Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Dragonite or the corresponding Eeveelution respectively during the event. Trainers cannot use TMs to obtain the attacks.
