In order to obtain Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, Dragon Pulse or Smack Down, Trainers had to evolve Bayleef, Quilava, Flaaffy or Pupitar into Meganium, Typhlosion, Ampharos or Tyranitar respectively during the event. In order to obtain Earthquake, Trainers had to catch Ho-Oh during the event. Trainers cannot use TMs to obtain the attacks.
