
The Interlude Season of GO Battle League lasted from March 1st, 2022 to June 1st, 2022.[1] It is preceded by Season 10 and succeeded by Season 11. This GO Battle League Season ran concurrently with Season of Alola.
Formats[]
Johto Cup: 1,500 CP limit. Only Pokémon with a Pokédex number between #152 and #251 allowed.
Love Cup: 1,500 CP limit. See official blog post for allowed Pokémon.
Little Jungle Cup: 500 CP limit. Only Normal-, Grass-, Electric-, Poison-, Ground-, Flying-, Bug-, and Dark-types allowed. Shuckle and Smeargle banned.
Catch Cup: 1,500 CP limit. Only Pokémon caught during duration of this cup allowed, excluding Mythical Pokémon.
Halloween Cup: 1,500 CP limit. Only Poison-, Ghost-, Bug-, Dark-, and Fairy-type Pokémon allowed.
Retro Cup: 1,500 CP limit. Dark-, Steel-, Fairy-types banned.
Kanto Cup: 1,500 CP limit. Only Pokémon with a Pokédex number between #001 and #151 allowed.
Flying Cup: 1,500 CP limit. Only Flying-type Pokémon allowed.
Little Cup: 500 CP limit. Only Pokémon that are able to evolve and have not evolved even once allowed
Element Cup: 500 CP limit. Only Fire-, Water-, and Grass-types allowed. Only Pokémon that can evolve and that are the first in their Evolutionary line.
Seville Catch Cup: 1,500 CP limit. Only Pokémon caught during Pokémon GO Safari Zone Seville.

GO Battle Day: Seel took place on March 5th, 2022 from 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. local time. Great League and Johto Cup were available during this GO Battle Day.
In order to obtain Ice Shard and Icy Wind, Trainers had to evolve Seel into Dewgong during the event. Trainers cannot use TMs to obtain the attack.

GO Battle Day: Beginner's Paradise took place on April 17th, 2022 from 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. local time. Great League and Little Cup were available during this GO Battle Day.

GO Battle Day: Mega Stardust Surprise took place on May 29th, 2022 from 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. local time. Great League, Ultra League and Master League were available during this GO Battle Day.
