GO Pass is a series of progression ranks. The Trainer increases the ranks and unlocks the rewards by completing Pass Tasks. It comes with the free version and the paid Deluxe version. Deluxe version can be purchased at anytime in which all of the previous rewards are still available. It is located in the Timed Research tab and will expire.
This feature was first tested. Not all Trainers would receive it and the progression rate was different.
