Dark FlamesDark Flames Timed Research was available during the event. Trainers could choose one of two paths to obtain a different bonus for the remainder of the event.

If you select this option, your Timed Research rewards will include encounters with Dark-type Pokémon.
If you select this option, your Timed Research rewards will include encounters with Fire-type Pokémon.
