Is there any real confirmation that those 3 pokemon are actually region specific? I can't seem to find anything official at all, and never have.
The claim is:
Tauros - NA
Mr. Mine - Europe
Farfetch'd - Asia

So there are many debates on this. Has anyone come closer to finding out if it is possible to hatch region locked pokemon? (Like possibility in some code?)
It seems to be a server sided reply. I wil enquire again but the latest time I asked I had a couple of folks (that were not cheating) hatching region locked ones all around the world.
Me and the dozen or so friends I play with have never once seen this happen, and we hatch a lot of eggs. I've also asked for proof on Discord when people claim this, and I have yet to see someone supply it.
Yeah, I've recently seen someone post that he hatched a Mr. Mime at Niagara, but I don't believe he has provided proof or if he used GPS spoofing.
Since this thread started, I've seen numerous reddit threads and people on Discord stating that hatching a region-specific Pokemon outside the region is NOT possible. I'm going with that until I see proof it's possible.
No word yet on if you can obtain an egg in say Australia and bring it home to US and hatch a Kangaskhan. I'd be willing to bet that's possible, but I haven't seen it done yet. It'd be pretty hard to do.
I am seeing the same here Alice. All the folks that mentioned they had hatched them when confronted with the question did you spoof, go quiet so I assume yes.
I am in favour of us stating it is not possible to hatch them.
What I am thinking was happening was they forgot to switch off the hatch option and they could be hatched at the start.
With all the players playing the game and nobody hasn't proved it yet, it's definitely safe to assume it's not possible...until proven otherwise of course :)
A friend of mine just hatched a Kangaskhan from a 5Km egg, here in the U.S. It is possible, but very difficult to get one.
