In order to obtain Ice Beam Trainers had to catch Lapras during the event. In order to obtain Rage Fist and Megahorn, Trainers had to evolve Mankey, Primeape, or Paldean Wooper into Primeape, Annihilape, or Clodsire respectively during the event. Trainers cannot use TMs to obtain the attacks.
