Pokémon World Championships in 2024 was a tie-in event in Pokémon GO for the real-world World Championships of the Pokémon Championship Series organized by The Pokémon Company in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.[1]

In order to obtain Body Slam or High Jump Kick Trainer had to catch Lickitung or Mienfoo respectively during the event. In order to obtain Aqua Tail, Moonblast, Volt Switch, or Incinerate, Trainers had to evolve Wooper, Swablu, Grubbin, or Fletchinder into Quagsire, Altaria, Charjabug or Talonflame respectively during the event. Trainers cannot use TMs to obtain the attacks.
