I am catching quite some shadow , and I am transferring those who have worst ivs (almost all of them have worst ivs so I am transferring them all) is there anything I can do to improve this or it is what it is?
For Shadow Pokémon, the IVs are determined when you first encounter them. Most of the time they have a 0 IV Floor, but Weather Boost makes it a 4 IV Floor. And Giovanni and Raids make them a 6 IV floor. If you purify them, they gain 2 IVs in each category. After purifying them you could trade them to someone else to completely reroll IVs (if it is a Lucky Trade there's a 12 IV floor). Aside from this it's just luck.
